Recipe for times of change ~

Hello Everyone,

I hope your worlds have been serving you well. I say worlds…as many of us are no longer saturated by the physical reality…we have moved on – merged with other realms – our multi-dimesional self, the new phase in our evolution.

So a recipe…yes, I got one ! It’s not the ONLY recipe for times of change but its certainly one that will resonate with many of you.

As we ascend and shift to the next stage of our evolution our physical world takes on a whole new meaning. At times we may think – am I here ? I miss home ! Relating to others…may be a challenge, on the other hand some things may really resonate – that person youust met, may really click with your new vibration – soul family member ? Whatever the connection – it feels right. This dialogue continues…as we begin to re-aquaint ourselves with the physicality from a whole new vibrational perspective ( as we ascend our vibration / consciousness shifts that = a new set of eyes and senses, new perception ).

It’s a neat ride, isn’t it ? Or should I say – it has its moments. It is certainly something we question much as we attempt to find our grounding in a foreign reality – what’s pleasing to know is that all this shift we are meant to handle, it is imprinted in our very soul blueprint AND the best part of our we are supported in our journey by the universe itself – the many hierarchies of Light Ones are co-creating, co-orchestrating this evolutionary jump. They subconsiously infuse us with codes and downloads of various degrees to prep us for the universal merging.

Dimensions are colliding, spheres are rupturing, our cells are igniting, are DNA is getting fired up ! What an
amazing time we have chosen to be part of. Simply amazing ! The roles are many; the commanders of Light, messengers of Light, the anchors of Light, the pavers of Light and last but least – the observers of Light, those souls too have a purpose…the mere observation of LIGHT dynamics shifts them, as it shifts them – it ultimately shifts those around them – isn’t this universe a dynamic weaving of interconnections ? It sure is. So much order can be found here…we all play a part. Puzzle pieces, many ! Engaged in an evolutinary dance…step by step, a sway here a sway there… Co-operation is cruciall, whether concious or subconsious – its happening, and its happening fast !

So what is your role…

Do you find it challenging ?

How do you maintain your LIGHT integrity / vibration ?

Are you afraid or perhaps overwhelmed ?

Do you feel like hiding at times ?

Are you angry at the lack of co-operation from some ?

Whatever the scenario…the following recipe is sure to ‘anchor’ you on your unique path:

Know that you are where you need to be

Know that you are supported

You are coded for your mission ( you don’t need to know the details – let it flow )

Your psychic impressions may be overwhelming – ground them !

You may get visitors from other realms, don’t be alarmed – observe, you are in control !

Your physical body may act up – tell it you will be there to support it ( DNA activation has the ability of alarming our physical body…the body may begin to feel neglected / unsure of all the shifts = act out ! )

Your mind, may play tricks on you – ground its waves, take time to replenish yourself

Give yourself a pat on the back, for the courage to be on the planet at such an important shift in our evolution

Seek like-minded souls

Let go of things that don’t support your soul path and purpose, this may include people in your life

Connect to source

Discernment – make it a priority

Listen to your gut – always !

Be your own guru

Seek the truth and only truth

“Ask and you shall receive”

You will be guided all the way, listen, follow, open your mind, open your soul, awaken your heart – your universal heart, new earth is close – feel it !

Spiritual Teachers come in many colors, shapes and disguises…

The store clerk…can be one !

Your sibling…

Even a pet…yes, your pet !

A teacher is not necessarily a being with a degree awaiting to share their knowledge…open your mind and heart to receiving wisdom from various sources, it is then that you will gain ‘true’ teaching.

When it comes to Spiritual Teachers who teach for a living – many think of them as life mentors – it may not be so, those too may come and go…and that is the law of the universe, the cycle of life.  Detach from what you know about that of a what a teacher ’should’ be and you will discover a whole new world of possibility.

” Universe I request a spiritual teacher that will best suit my spiritual needs at this time  in my spiritual evolution, thank you , thank you, thank you “…..now, open to receive  - BEYOND what you’re used to!

Fear of Ascension is VERY common…

It may manifest as sabotaging behaviours that ’stagnate’ our ascension progress and expansion of LIGHT.  These may be simple things such as eating the wrong foods – foods that are dense and keep our energy close to earth; meat, processed foods, alcohol and stimulants…the list of possible sabotaging behaviours can be quite extent.

Why would anyone FEAR ascension ?  It’s simple…ascension = change.  Most humans do not adapt very well to change…they prefer to hover at common levels of existence.  Newness means work, newness means adjustment, newness often means LOSS ( letting go of old energies, circumstances, relationships…).  At the same time newness means opening ourselves to NEW energies, foreign energies, entering a state of vulnerability and unsteady ground.

Simply said…ascension comes with a price. It takes discipline to ascend…most of us – know little of discipline.

Do you fear ascension ? If so…meditate on what it is that you ‘fear’…write it down, feel IT – is it as scary as it seems – or is your mind getting the best of you ?   Be still…explore all that stands in the way of your soul liberation – now is, the time.

New Earth – Daily Tuneup ( Nov.1/09)

Today, Gaia is resting…as it rests you may find yourself more reflective, quiet, calm in mind and spirit.  For those of you who are newly awakened this day may feel like a wave of melancholy sweeping through your life.  You may find yourself  feeling anxious and reach  for outside soothers  such as food, stimulants only to overshadow this calm and abyss like energy.  This energy is misunderstood by humans…

Tune up – this is a great day for naps, gentle walks in nature, cooking warm nourishing foods, watching soul stimulating movies or reading a book by the warmth of a fireplace.  As you go off to sleep, request healing energies to envelope you in a healing cocoon only to awaken  to receive the gifts that await  the following day. I wonder what they will be – open up to receive ~

Spiritual Unfoldment  can be compared to garden dynamics…a seed is planted, given the right ingredients it grows to its fullest potential and expression ~

Ask yourself…does your garden have sufficient LIGHT  to help you grow ?

Do the weeds in your garden need de-weeding or do they serve a purpose ?

Is the water you drink clean, tainted, scarce ?

Is the food you eat nourishing or malnourishing ?

Are the other seeds in the garden on your team, or opposite team ?

What are the dynamics of YOUR garden ?

The true essence of Thanksgiving ~

Around holiday time I get somewhat reflective…it is a time when I think about people, family and hope that every person  has a place to go during these special times of celebration.  Tonight…I thought it would be appropriate to gain some spiritual insight about what this time – Thanksgiving -  truly means.  Dear guru Paramahansa Yogananda wishes to share a few words with us !

This time of special celebration reminds us of the bounty that the Creator bestowed upon us. This bounty sustains us, this bounty is the core root of the grace of the Divine Father.  In gratitude, let us bow, in gratitude let us appreciate the very essence of the gifts that dwell in our daily lives.  Let us celebrate dear friends, let us share and rejoice as we unite as  “ONE SOUL ”  this very holiday. 

True abundance is found in the simplicity of every single creation…slow your senses,  observe it and explore it, redefine your abundance longings…as you do so, you will find your truth.

Ahhh, I’m getting the Spiritual Hierarchy – the collective energy of Masters and beings of LIGHT that are presently looking after the wellbeing of our planet and galaxy – we thank them !

Are you ready ? Here we go…

 

Dear Friends,

We are entering yet another phase of planetary ascension…this one, many more of you are ‘feeling’ deeply.  This one, invites us to look deep within and to re-assess our individual soul missions but also our collective ‘responsiblity’ in the cosmic ascension.   There is no turning back, this is what we have chosen…much LIGHT awaits beyond the bridge that many of you are entering, standing on, crossing or about to cross over.  All of you, in your unique way are ascending, trust in the process, become the ‘flow’ and ‘one’ with the energy that is propelling you, resist not – allow it to embrace you.   You all have an ascension guide assigned to you…befriend them with joy, they can teach you much, they can lessen the ‘pressure’ associated with the shedding process – shedding of the dense layers that you have accumulated over hundreds of incarnations on this earth, but also your other lives in the galaxy – many of you reading this are star travelers ( not of this planet ).  Old wise souls you are, memory of your ‘home land’ is being re-activated…do not be afraid of the ‘abstract’ patterns that engulf you in your sleep or daydreaming states. Your DNA is reverberating thousands of molecules, making sure all works in  perfect harmony at an individual level but also collectively. Universal order must be maintained.  All is aligned.  Trust in the perfect order.

The body, physical body too is experiencing an armagedon…comfort it with positive thoughts, touch, by activating the healer with in.  In order to accomplish this, learn to slow down your senses. Invite the  energy of ‘ meditative reflection’ to come into your life…as it is the tool for healing and many other of your earthy dilemmas.  All the body needs is reassurance, give it as such – it will thank you immensely.

The pillars within are ready to be re-rooted in spirit, when you are ready request as such to take place…the wave of ONENESS that will follow will be felt, your existence will take on a whole new meaning. Living through spirit is living as your true self.  Your soul family will join you and support you in this transition…reunion time is now !

I am in my clairvoyant zone right now…I see a table with the Ascended Masters, Beings of Light - open space, beautiful sky.  A large table…above the table is a string with many multi-colored butterflies – attached from one end to the other.  It symbolizes many of you (  God sparks of expression).  The multi-colors represent your ‘unique’ gifts that you’re meant to share with the world.   What I am feeling is that when you’re ready you can let go of this string – and GO FORTH on your mission ! ( As I am saying this…I am seeing these butterflies – you – flying off, in many directions…lovely sight )  I also see, that once you have completed your daily missions…you seem to travel back to the same place ( plane )…to reconnect, as a soul family does. A place to recharge  heal, learn and be bathed in the Love of the Divine !

 

As you GO FORTH…you will be supported with one or more of the RAYS that you are presently working with. You, are NOT alone in this journey…infact, you never have been alone. We invite you to begin connecting with those who assist you…you may do this by connecting with your heart centre and speaking the following ” On this day, I wish to connect with the beings of LIGHT that are guiding me at this very time. “   Connect, trust, follow.

Metatron speaks on ‘Times of Change’

We are living in a time of change…massive energetic shifts, our universe is realigning its course – we’re all ascending !

For many, this ascension process is manifested in not the most pleasing ways – health issues, emotional turbulence, mental fog and confusion and spiritual indigestion.  These symptoms are evoking your clearing process( out with the old, in with the new ).  I feel the pain of many of you, as I too have been there ‘ spiritual rapture’  I call it - the chrysalis of human evolution.  It’s one of those things where we often  feel ’stuck’ or we feel like we’ve hit a brick wall.  No matter what we try to do to fix our issues – it’s not budging. What’s that all about ? Well. It’s simple.  These challenges and obstacles are ‘triggers’  from our very soul for us to begin reaching out and beyond our ‘dense’ human state for solutions that are of higher awareness.   This is why we sign up for yoga, join meditation groups or metaphysical groups – to stimulate our higher self awareness, unveil the wisdom within - so that we can begin to LIVE our lives through our higher states of consciousness, so we can expand our LIGHT.   So next time an obstacle comes your way do not stress, just ask yourself  ” What is the deeper meaning of this issue ? What is trying to show me ? What am I to shift / change in my life ? “  See what comes through – you may be surprised at the simplicity of the spiritual ’cause’ of the issue that looks rather GRAND in earthly terms. Self analysis is a powerful tool – learn it !

So as usual…I asked who would like to join us in this particular ‘contemplation’  - Lord Metatron made his way into the room - violet flames came rushing through, mighty he is…tall, so wise, assertively awaiting to share his wisdom.

 Well, let’s see what he has to say to those of you who feel “stuck ” in their life and wish to learn how to step it up, to the next level !

I AM Metatron, the Lord of Presence

I come forth through a channel who like you had to work past many obstacles to reach this point of spiritual equilibrium.   It is  a state of ’spiritual  calm’ and ’surrender’.  One of the many stages in the infinite path of Ascension.

My human friends, I have lived on your plane and know of its density - its one of the most challenging dimensions to succumb.  You chose it my dear friends, so that your ascension can ’speed up’  and it is so.  Many of you, are tired – and ready to step beyond this classroom of lengthy lessons. Guided you will be – go forth !

Know that your lessons do not need to be difficult to be learned or accomplished.  That is your human ‘thought process’  – that in order to learn it must ‘hurt’ or one must ’suffer’. It is not so.

Lessons can be learned in joy !  Many of you are addicted to ’struggle’ and don’t even know it.  You subconsciously create ’scenarios’ of challenges, it is what makes you feel like you are ‘working’ through your karma, lessons and beyond.  This is the old way. Become aware that struggle is not part of your new world, your new vibration – until you realize this you will struggle with the shedding process therefore prolonging the freedom of your soul…

Now, please take a deep breath…look in the mirror – what do you see ? ….What do you really see, face the truth within…speak with this ‘vulnerable core’ you are seeing.  Are you ready to ACCEPT your true self, hide not.  You have been waiting for so long to do so…let it melt, let the resistance melt away into the ethers.  Dig in deep where your “courage vessel’ dwells, awaken the warrior within – step into your Lightbody and begin to live in your true essence. Your shedding has begun…and will continue to do so – pay attention to your thoughts, respect the shedding process…stay in LIGHT and high vibrations, so that you’re releasing flawlessly rather than fragmentenly – incompletely -resistantly…let it go.

At last, visualize the VIOLET FLAME of transmutation to infuse your deepest, darkest wounds, and clean up your tired restless aura.  Ohh what joy it is my brothers and sisters to see you ‘exhale’ in relief of new life. New life is meant for every single one of you, new life does not judge your past, your doings, your life starts NOW ! Surrender. Be. In the NOW, in love and light.

Goddess Isolt…on healing relationships ~

Goddess Isolt is the goddess of love and passion…a ray of unique energy that can be incorporated into various aspects of relationships, romance,  opening one’s heart or attracting our true love – soulmate, twinflame.

I had a question for Isolt…I deeply wanted to know ‘How can one  heal past relationships that never fully healed ? “

Please enlighten me Isolt…what are your thoughts ?

Well I don’t hear her speaking “I see however( clairvoyantly) the messages that she wishes to share with us ! “

I see a hard shell loosely yet firmly embracing our heart centre, this shell is  our ‘ego’.  Its a protective mechanism that protects us yet harms us at the same time.  

I’m hearing…To let go of pain, hurt, sorrow…is to let go from a ‘pure’ space, not from a space that is obstructed by clutter ( ego ). 

Put your right hand on your heart…request the cherubin angels to gently clear your heart shell ( we all have unique shells  – I am seeing multi-colored ones, dark purple, pale blue, red speckles…) As they do, you may feel pressure, a shift in energy in your chest cavity…breathe deeply, as you release the bonds that hold you back.  When you’re done you will experience a sense of lightness, freedom or perhaps ‘Divine Joy’.  Your natural state…shall be revealed, embrace it.   It is at that very moment…that you may wish to request the spiritual healing team / physicians to now help you begin and release left over residue from those very relationships that you have yet to heal from…open your mind’s eye – allow the images to come to you. Who do you see ? One by one, make peace…and seal a covenant of love with your relationships.  Once you’re done…allow your heart core be filled with the “Elixir of  Divine Essence” sweet substance reminicent of ‘innocence’ and ‘purity’ of heart.  Allow it to bathe your heart centre…until you feel completely FULL and at peace. Know that this centre will continue to align and heal until it reaches its full equlibrium of  ‘inner peace and calm.’

Feel the joy…the lightness, is this not a better state of being ? Become aware of the ’shell’ being gone…become aware of the shall perhaps wanting to return in vulnerable moments of your life. Know that you have a choice…to be free, or to hold back.
